On Tuesday I took the girls on a hike, looking for leaves to make a rainbow.

Then on Wednesday, there were three different rainbows, hours apart from each other that spanned the sky. It was astounding!

I am a mother of five, married to a never-saw-it-comin' aspiring farmer in Southern Minnesota. As new farmers, I write about our transition from the city to the country with hopes of sharing our joy and gratitude for all that we are learning.

Those are a gorgeous collection of colors! You girls did a great job, and your property is certainly beautiful and user-friendly! I, too, like to collect a few colorful fall leaves for decoration on my counter. Praise the Lord for fall, my favorite season!
